About Montague & Associates

Montague & Associates is a simulated business under the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management’s (STHM) Senior Professional Development Seminar class at Temple University. This capstone course is required for all graduating seniors in STHM. It is taught by Assistant Dean Jeffrey Montague and directly exposes students to a model of organizational structure in the sport, recreation, tourism, hospitality, and leisure services professions.

The course is designed with a president, departments, and staff roles.  These roles are representative of the interactions that take place within various constituencies needed to enhance sport, recreation, tourism, hospitality education and opportunities.
