Mental Health

Depression and anxiety a very prevalent disorders among college students. Please, be proactive in seeking help if you find yourself feeling depressed or anxious in and out of school. Tuttleman Counseling Services provides students with free and easily accessible counseling with emotional, educational, and vocational concerns.  There is no shame whatsoever in seeking therapy or psychiatric help.  There are always people who are willing to listen. Remember, you are never alone.
