Montague-Ridall & Associates is a student run, professionally driven organization that has developed industry leaders and Temple University Alumni. The company is managed by Assistant Dean Jeffrey Montague and Professor Richard Ridall, and is operated by two Senior Professional Development Seminar branches within the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Seniors with interests in Tourism, Hospitality, Sport, and Recreation Management make up a uniquely diverse population of employees at Montague-Ridall & Associates. Our shared passion for global integration, community support, and developing interpersonal social intelligence is fostered both inside and out of the classroom. Associates are challenged intellectually and developmentally throughout the semester-long experience, with complex tasks and leadership roles that many individuals have never faced before.
