Consulting & Quality Control Committee: Focus
The primary focus of the Consulting & Quality Control Committee is to work with both offices of Montague-Ridall & Associates to maximize potential, eliminate mediocre performance, and prevent failure. The committee is to serve as a resource for solving problems while ensuring that all aspects of the company are operating at the standard which our organization expects and demands. To do this, the committee has developed specific policies and procedures – to be followed by associates – that put into place a system of checks and balances clarifying any potential points of confusion. Furthermore, each committee member has been assigned to act as a liaison to other committees; such a policy will provide an easier path to communicate with our consultants and will prevent an overload for any committee member. Any external communications and activities performed by the organization must pass through the entire Consulting & Quality Control Committee to ensure that the highest quality performance is being represented to the public.
