This past month Joe has work every hard in the office and outside of it. He has set up and gathered information about our volunteering event at Villanova . Also, he created a power point presentation for the event that we marketed in class. Additionally, he signed up our committee and others to attend the event. My entire committee has done phenomenal this past month, but Joe was able to stand out with his constant work on the volunteer event.

Any associate, except the HR and Executive committees, is eligible to receive employee of the month. An associate who receives this recognition demonstrates a strong work ethic, extraordinary creativity, and team spirit. The associate is chosen through nominations by their committee chair or a fellow associate. If there are multiple nominations, HR will narrow it down together. For the month of September, there were two associates chosen for Employee of the Month because they both demonstrated the aforementioned qualities. Robert Brown was chosen by HR for selling 60 raffle tickets for the Eagles game fundraiser, he went above and beyond by taking the initiative and raising much needed funds for the association. Johannes Buschman was also chosen due to his diligent work on the budget, he exceeded expectations by fixing some major issues in order to get the budget approved by everyone.
