Shannon Regan, is from Glenside, Pennsylvania and she is majoring in sport and recreation management. Shannon does not have a concentration for her major but is happy to be placed in the marketing committee for Senior Seminar due to her interest in promotions/marketing. She completed her junior internship with BAM Boxing Promotions as the marketing intern from May-August of 2016. BAM is a promotions company for professional boxing all across the country but primarily has a strong focus on Philadelphia and surrounding areas. This internship made her love the boxing industry even more and helped solidify her career path upon graduation. Shannon’s hope and dream is to work and be involved with the day to day marketing/promotions for professional boxing and MMA events. Due to her love for boxing, if she had to pick one person to have dinner with, she would have to pick Muhammad Ali; he made such an impact, not only in the sport of boxing, but in society as well.

Jake Fedak is from a small town that has just over 1,000 residents called Forest City. It is about 20-30 minutes north of Scranton just to give a little reference. He is majoring in sport and recreation management from Temple University’s School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management and he is also the chairperson of the marketing committee for Montague, Ridall, Blackburn & Associates Section Two. He completed his junior internship at Camp Tioga which is a sleep-away summer camp for kids ages 6-16. His internship consisted of facility management, event coordination, and event operation. Coming out of college he isn’t sure what exactly he wants to do yet but he’s leaning towards something involving events. If there is one person he could have dinner with dead or alive it would have to be Emilia Clarke who plays Daenerys Targaryen on Game of Thrones.
